We're creating a next-generation platform that delivers winning video ads across Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, and we are looking for a talented data engineer to increase our chances of producing “winning” ads.

As an early team member, you'll work directly with the experienced founders to develop AI-powered workflows and tools. We're committed to building cutting-edge AI tools that help the creative team drive exceptional creative performance for brands and D2C businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Own the business goal of creating high-performing ads
Build data pipelines, define analyses, and run experiments to generate insights and drive performance
Collaborate closely with an experienced media buyer managing large paid campaign budgets
Work side-by-side with our creative team to analyze campaign data and develop strategies for improvement
Manage a budget for experiments and create automated feedback loops to boost performance
Requirements
You’re an experienced data engineer—we want to learn from your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and robust pipeline building
You think creatively about how to generate, combine, and leverage data to guide the creative process
You can work from our Paris office most of the time, to foster close collaboration with creative strategists and the tech team
About the founders
Marco leads tech and operations. After 15 years in Silicon Valley, he recently relocated to Paris with his family. In the US, he led engineering teams at Adobe and Google for a decade, gaining deep experience in large-scale systems and best coding practices. A hands-on builder, he created matter.js—a successful open-source Typescript implementation of an IoT protocol. He also holds a Guinness World Record for the fastest solar-powered train and is passionate about elegant, efficient code.
Guillaume leads business and product. He brings 15 years of experience in NYC building advertising tech and consumer apps in entertainment. He built innovative performance marketing products for major companies like Apple Services, Amazon Music, Ticketmaster, and LiveNation. Most recently, he was Chief Product Officer of a Creator Economy unicorn that was named World’s Most Innovative in Video by Fast Company. A proud father of two toddlers, he’s also a surfer and a music lover.
